About Poke Roguelite
Poke Roguelite is a fan-made, turn-based dungeon crawler inspired by Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. It is built for the browser and uses a portrait game board that works with mouse or touch controls.
Each run sends your Pokemon into multi-floor dungeons filled with enemies, items, traps, weather, secret rooms, shops, and boss encounters. Movement and attacks consume turns, so positioning is as important as choosing a strong skill.
Turn-Based Dungeon Combat
The player, recruited allies, and enemies act in sequence. You can move in eight directions, use a four-skill loadout, manage limited PP, and take advantage of type matchups. Status effects and skill combinations create tactical choices that change from encounter to encounter.
A minimap tracks explored rooms while fog hides what lies ahead. Monster houses, puzzle rooms, environmental hazards, and surprise events make careless movement dangerous even when your party is strong.
Pokemon Square and Progression
Between runs, Pokemon Square acts as a permanent hub. You can change your starter, prepare a party, improve stats, work with held items, learn moves, craft upgrades, and spend resources on longer-term progression.
Special modes and harder dungeon tiers open as you clear more runs. Daily challenges, endless floors, boss-focused runs, difficulty settings, and optional restrictions give experienced players reasons to return.
