About Project: D-MONs
Project: D-MONs is a retro creature-collecting RPG built in GB Studio. Strange D-MONs have appeared across GB City after a failed experiment, and it is up to a young explorer to research, catch, and understand them.
The campaign supports several endings, an adventure mode, and a more demanding permadeath challenge. Its small-scale city and one-bit presentation make it a focused browser adventure rather than a long open-world grind.
Collect, Store, and Fuse
There are 12 D-MON species and five color variations for each one. A four-member party handles encounters, while PC storage keeps surplus catches ready for later use.
Battles use a rock-paper-scissors core with creature abilities that can change a matchup. Fusion gives collected D-MONs another purpose by creating stronger or different variations.
